#A.604, Add i830 2D and DRI driver.

  Back out my screen->screen color expansion change after discovering
how much the I810 really sucks (and also xtest for passing such an
obvious problem).

   Add support for screen->screen color expansion on I810

  Add skipleft support to the I180 color expansion.

  Fix some depth/bpp confusion in the I810 driver (depth 15 works now).
Convert from cfb to fb.

  I've backed out turning on the pixmap cache in 24bpp on the i810.
There appears to be some weirdness with the hardware.

  Disable gamma correction and direct color on the I810 because
they don't work.

      updates, updates Mesa to the latest version, adds Intel i810, Matrox
      G200/G400, ATI Rage 128 and 3dfx Voodoo5 3D support, adds ATI Rage
      Mobility 2D support (disabled by default).  (Precision Insight and
      VA Linux Systems).

3905. DRI megapatch II.  This includes DRI enhancements, 3dfx fixes and
      updates, updates Mesa to version 3.3 beta, adds new GLX dispatch
      code and adds i810 2D support (Precision Insight).
