This solves the "pause" problem in some multimedia players where
the image needs to be reput when the window is moved (wouldn't need
to if the data was actually in the window like it is with XShmPutImage).

   Exchange one pointer for another in an Xv data structure.
This would break binary compatibility between chipset drivers
and generic Xv drivers (like the V4L driver) if one of
them were using it.  The V4L driver in 4.0 doesn't so this
won't effect the current behavior of anything.  All this
means is that if somebody wanted to use this feature, both
the MGA driver and V4L driver would need to be compiled
against the new header file.

   Fix some clipping bugs in Xv.

   Change name in XF86OffscreenImageRec.

   Added a flags field to the XF86OffscreenImageRec.

  Reorder the way generic Xv adaptors are registered.

   ReputImage function for Xv to prevent flickering on hardware
that can't color key.
