       - Improve the stack trace information.
       - Improve the handling of instance-specific req/ref symbols.
       - Use stronger typing for the module-visible instance-specific module
         descriptor.
       - No longer disable xf86UnloadSubModule(), since the loader now handles
         unloads and re-loads cleanly.
       - Update all modules to make use of the above, and fix some bugs
         that this exposed.
       - Some loader message cleanups.

Real fix for the XWarpCursor problem, and a trivial change to mkfontdir
to make it create a suitable fonts.dir file for an empty directory instead
of doing nothing (this is most useful when removing fonts from a directory
like the new fonts/local).

Fix more compile problems

This fixes a lot of the include/build problems.

Cleanup a few things, add in some of the Metro Link multi-screen changes,
remove the XF86_*.c files (left in XF86_LOADER.c for now so we can still
look at it).
