 119. Another merge of NetBSD changes:
      - Support absolute mouse position events (Ty Sarna).
      - Fix bug that caused an entire batch of mouse events to be rejected
        when one of an unknown type was encountered (Ty Sarna).
      - Support horizontal scroll wheels (Iain Hibbert, #13821).
      - Don't error out on unknown wskbd types (Nathan J. Williams).
      - Add support for NetBSD/x86_64 (Frank van der Linden).
      - Update NetBSD section of Imake.cf.  Ditto for NetBSD.cf.  Note that
        the latter might temporarily cause build breakage
        (Marc La France).

Remove most foreign cvs keywords.

 161. Implement a major #include rework throughout the tree.  Also enforce it
      for all non-external builds (i.e. in-tree & SDK)  (Marc La France).
 160. Rework the building of hw/xfree86/parser to be more in line with the
      building of other server subdirectories (such as common/)

 159. ANSIfy /xc/lib/font/builtins/, and fix warnings, whitespace & formatting

merge bits of OpenBSD/sparc support

Add/update copyright and license notices.

Merge OpenBSD/sparc64 server support. For now only PCI cards are
supported. The Sbus code is explicitly disabled on this platform.

Add support for standard keyboard protocol for the wscons console driver
using the WSKBD_RAW mode (AT scancodes emulation) when available.

NetBSD 1.5 build fixes

update wskbd keyboard protocol handling code for OpenBSD/macppc:
- include builtin wskbd -> AT keycodes translation tables, removing the
  need to configure a special XKB keycodes file
- add a fake AT keycode for the equal sign on the numerical keypad of Apple
  keyboards
- reuse as much as possible of the standard xf86PostKbdEvent() procedure
  to handle the XFree86 'special' keys (Ctrl+Alt+<key>) correctly.
- include more pc98 stuff in #if defined(i386) || defined(__i386__)

Eliminate a warning when neither SYSCONS nor native PCVT are used

- Fill in some gaps with the default (non-xkb) key mapping
- Fix non-xkb key map initialisation bugs for syscons (on FreeBSD).  This might
  affect pcvt?

 367. Allow XFree86 to compile on NetBSD-current and 1.5_ALPHA, which
      no longer use the pcvt console, but have a compatibility mode for it
      in wscons (#4021, Bernd Ernesti).

remove the legacy keyboard options, and move the vtinit and vtsysreq
keywords to the serverflags section.
